No, not at all. The guy in the Springbok kilt was a South African rugby fan playing Scotland at the RWC 2015. The others are Hashers in the Hash House Harriers Trail kilt (registered by the Scottish register or Tartans). I’ve got one, too. 😁

I’ve often fancied a trip to Scotland to try a kilt. They look comfy over trousers and shorts.
