I tried to follow what was going on but still have no idea 🙂

She roasts the beans, the grinds them (I think I left that part out), then mixes the ground beans with raw sugar and then brews the coffee.

That’s a process. Her pot reminds me of the one a Turkish family I was neighbours with years ago
