What a perfect PPAC find for this season, Elke. Obviously, the water is turned off. In CA our fountains don’t all go dry. But even if they are I’ve never seen one dressed in such finery. Thanks for sharing!

They are ususally switched off during winter so that the pipes won’t burst.

It gets colder there! One of my PPAC posts was a fountain decorated for Thanksgiving. Same cold! I should drive to Sedona and see if they have decorated for Easter. It wasn’t decorated the last time we went. I haven’t found any fabulous fountains in Prescott yet. Europe is famous for fountains. Thanks again for sharing!
